CZ 600+ Rifle Series Launches with Modular Upgrades
August 21, 2025

CZ just rolled out the CZ 600+ modular bolt-action rifle lineup with user-swappable barrels, a four-position adjustable trigger, and sub-MOA accuracy guarantees on most trims. If you’re shopping bolt-action rifles for hunting or precision work, this is one to watch. (Also: yes, “+” means more.)
Announced on August 13, 2025, the CZ 600+ family builds on the original 600 with a more modular action, interchangeable barrels across calibers, and a short 60° bolt throw. Trims include American, Alpha, Lux, Range, Trail, and competition-focused MDT variants—covering everything from backcountry hunts to PRS-style stages. CZ-USA also touts controlled-feed reliability, threaded muzzles across the board, and a lifetime barrel warranty.
What’s New
- Caliber swaps, at home: A redesigned attachment system lets users change barrels/calibers without a trip to the gunsmith.
- Four-position adjustable trigger: Tool-free pull-weight settings and single- or two-stage options, depending on model.
- Accuracy pledges: American/Alpha/Lux rated sub-MOA (3-shot @100 yd); Range/MDT rated sub-0.75 MOA (5-shot); Trail rated ~2 MOA with match ammo. (“MOA” = ~1-inch group at 100 yards.)
- Receiver options: Alloy with integrated Weaver rail or steel with Rem 700 optics interface; 60° bolt throw and controlled feeding are standard.
- MSRP ballpark: American from ~$999; Lux ~$1,199; Trail ~$1,299; Range ~$1,599 (model/caliber dependent).
Why It Matters
Hunters get a lighter pack (one rifle, multiple barrels). Precision shooters can chase tighter groups with the Range/MDT models. And for truck/camp carry, the Trail’s compact, retractable stock and AR/CZ BREN mag compatibility are a handy combo.
